Remain living independently in your own home with our range of
Home Care Services

Nurse Cure is about supporting people to live well and help manage and improve their illness and general well being from the comfort of their own home. Our nurses concentrate on maintaining quality of life by controlling physical symptoms, such as pain or sickness, as well as helping with the emotional and spiritual aspects of health.

We understand that many people prefer the comfort and familiarity of their home, particularly if they are feeling unwell, are recovering from a stay in hospital or have conditions which make mobility difficult.

Care at home means that you or your loved one will receive care in the familiar surroundings of your own home. This could be hourly visiting care for a couple of hours a week, or it could be a more intensive level of live-in care, where a carer will be there around the clock.

There are Many Advantages of in Home Care including:

  • Familiar surroundings – The most important aspect of care in your own home is the fact that you or your loved one will be surrounded by their own comforts, their own bed, all the familiar aspects of daily living around them and their neighbours and friends nearby, so life is as normal as possible. This especially helps with progressive conditions that affect the memory such as dementia.

  • Personalised care – You or your loved one will receive a personalised care plan that is tailored to your needs as well as assistance on how you live your everyday life, so you can continue to live as you normally would but with that extra support when needed.

  • Home health care – Home health care can mean recovery time is quicker, pain levels are reduced, and most importantly you have the flexibility to recover at your own pace in familiar surroundings.

  • More independence – Loss of independence can be a worrying factor during rehabilitation or when life has become a little bit more difficult due to age, illness or discomfort. One of the main advantages of care at home is keeping the independence you already have. Choosing to get up, eat, sleep, and socialise when you want to. A carer can even assist you on outings so that you gain more independence as a result of home care.

  • Family participation – A significant advantage of home care is the opportunity for your family and friends to be a larger part of your care plans.
